Covid-19 statement

We want all guests to feel, and be, safe when staying with us. Providing a safe environment for our guests’ protection is really important to us. We have always had high reviews for cleanliness but we have enhanced this by, in particular, fogging the bedrooms to NHS standards on room changeovers. Fogging effectively destroys 99.9% of all harmful airborne bacteria and infectious organisms that rest on surfaces.

We also are continuing to have a 24 hour cleaning buffer between guests, unless we can 100% guarantee that we can change the rooms safely in time for the new guests to check in on the same day (this can only be done by telephone bookings so we can override the automatic buffer we have set on our online diary).

Rooms continue to remain as your “bubble” for the duration of your stay unless you specifically request the room to be serviced.

Breakfast continues to be served “al fresco” or to your rooms for this season to ensure distancing. Access to the rooms is direct from the garden.
